Flügel studio, a lovely cake cafe nearby National Taiwan Normal University (Taipower building station), provides signature hand made desserts. Everyday serve with different kind of sweets.
It was Christmas day when I was there, so it was full of festive vibe, they even gave you Rudolph marshmallow when you ordered a cake. The cafe opens at 1PM but you still have to wait in line because there are many people came here earlier.
The cafe has minimal decoration in white and green, give you warm and cozy.

Strawberry Shortcake (180 NT)
Strawberry shortcake served with whipped cream and almond flakes, it’s not that sweet and I really like it
Grape schokotorte (165 NT)
Schokotorte filled with real grape inside, the chocolate on top was a little bit bitter make you wanna drink some water but overall it’s good
Warm strawberry pound cake (180 NT)
It’s a warm cake I’ve never tried it before so it made me amaze what flavor it was. The first bite and you can feel the warmth, it’s really sweet. If you do not prefer to very sweet taste I would not recommend this one
Cherry Brandy custard with fresh strawberry (200 NT)
The cherry and strawberry were fresh and sweet well blended with custard
