Today, I would like to recommend one Japansese shabu buffet restaurant in Taipei, it’s call “涮乃葉 Syabu-yo”, the Japanese restaurant in Skylark group of japan, so it could guarantee that you would get the real taste of Japan. It’s all you can eat restaurant, unlimited meat, various kinds of vegetable.
Inside the restaurant, it’s divided into a few corners such as sauce corner, rice and noodle corner, dessert corner and drinking corner, easily to access.

you can design and season your own sauce, there are many kinds of sauces you can choose such as Japanese Shoyu, Teriyaki sauce, Korean spicy sauce Ponsu sauce, cream cheese sauce, sesame sauce and others
Rice and noodle corner
At rice and noodle corner, you can unlimited add rice, and they also provide curry sauce that you can add it on the rice. For noodle, there are many choices such as cold udon (nearby there is shoyu sauce you can add on and it will become cold noodle), egg ramen, japanese rice noodle etc.
Drinking corner
There are sparkling water, fruit juice, coffee, tea etc.
Dessert corner
You can get your soft serve by yourself, and unlimited adding topping
They also have cake and other desserts such as red bean soup
Soup and Meat
There are both pork and beef, beef from USA and New Zealand. Pork and chicken are Taiwan’s. I’ve tried beef I think it has high quality so I really recommend this restaurant.
You can choose two flavor soup
The first soup is restaurant soup. For the second soup, you can choose by yourself, for example, Miso soup, Mala soup, tomato soup etc.
Price
The price is different depend on the time, for lunch (Mon – Fri) would be 378-438 NTD, for dinner(Mon – Fri/ weekend all day) would be 418-478 NTD
If you would like to eat more premium meat you can choose other plan. For lunch (Mon – Fri) would be 468 NTD, for dinner (Weekday and weekend all day) 498 NTD
